I started writing as a form of therapy when I was 13. I’ve since used it as an outlet for strong emotions for myself and others. I live within the realm of the mind, fighting constantly to find the truth and reason behind the endless slaughter of peace. I have published two collections of poems that are dark and emotionally inspired. I feel that as humans we have the tendency to push aside negative thoughts and repress hurt emotions. I think that this causes sadness and rage within one’s self and should be expressed, creatively, before they can manifest into violence towards others or ourselves. Or worse, pushed so far below the surface they slowly began to decay the soul to the point where functioning on a sane level becomes impossible.
